need help for instalation the sims 2 in french is possible

Je sais pas si quelqu'un peut m'aider en francais je veux savoir comment installer les sims 2 qui sont t*l*charger en r.a.r je sais pas ou les mettre pour qu.il fonctionne j'attends des nouvelles s.v.p.
