Why wont this work?

I dont why, hopefully someone here can help me, I'm trying to run the no_cd patch for Elder scrolls 4 Oblivion, but it wont work, and as was thinking about it, I have never been able to get a no cd crack to work, ever. Please help me, I lost my Oblivion disk and I really really really want to play it.

Also, if its possible to just burn a copy from whats already on my comp, what files do I need to make it work?

ok, i got the patch to work, but im not getting any graphics, just white screen and my characters statuis bars and stuff...

does this mean I need a new video card?

You can use your reciept and box to request a replacement DVD from Betheseda Softworks. I would contact them for a replacement disc. Charges for replacement may vary.
