crusaders thy kingdom- how do i get the no cd patch to work?

hi , just downloaded "CrusadersThyKingdomComev1.0NoDVDFixedexeEng.r ar"
that now how i i get my game to work with out useing the cd. sorry im a complete n00b at this stuff , any help would be great
