Default Star war empire at war

Hey guys i need some help with star war everything was fine until i opened the game look i downloaded the cd fixes and overwrited it
but when i enter the game it just crashes sending me back to the desktop

Which version of the game are you using? Please ensure you use the matching version No-CD patch.

Darnn hey duffman how do i know which version i got i have no idea lol ahhh!!! nvm the version is 1.0.0.0
and the fixed co cd is 1.4 ok so umm... how do i get the 1.0 ?

On some games, then in-game menu will display the version number, you can also right click some executables and choose properties, then version.
