Dawn of war GOTY edition

i got a no cd patch for this yet the sound doesnt work in some areas such as cutscenes and some units sometimes dnt say there normal thing and come out with a wierd noise instead... help plz
By any chance is it down to the fact that i dnt use my cd.... i dnt want to have to use it really

You may need to copy some audio files from the CD to your hard drive where the game is installed.
